Join us in a journey towards a healthier, addiction-free life.JOB DESCRIPTION:ResponsibilitiesConduct virtual and face-to-face counselling sessions and group counselling sessions.Organize wellness group sessions and maintain daily/weekly/monthly event wellness calendars, presentations, reports, and materials in collaboration with the Team Wellness Lead.Conduct team check-ins as needed.Offer positive assistance and information to agents based on their needs.Develop action plans for problem resolution, including crisis situations.Educate clients on effective coping strategies and stress-management techniques.Conduct assessments and coordinate referral options.Maintain confidential customer and client records in accordance with professional ethics and codes of practice.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports and meetings, submit case notes within 24 hours SLA, and perform ad hoc duties as required for the project.QualificationsMinimum certification as a counselor/psychometrician/psychologist with the Philippine Regulatory Commission.Masters in Counseling, Psychology, Guidance Counseling, Clinical Psychology, etc.Ability to work collaboratively and independently, with excellent communication skills.Interest in ongoing professional development and commitment to ethical standards.What we can offer:A supportive and professional corporate setting in a central location in
