We’re continuing to expand our global HQ locations in San Francisco and Munich, as well as grow our global presence in LATAM, EMEA and APAC regions.About the Opportunity:

This is a unique opportunity to join as the first team member on the global Real Estate and Workplace Services team! Reporting to the Head of People, the Global Real Estate and Workplace Services Manager will drive our workplace planning and operational processes. In this role you will:Manage workplace planning and special projects for our office moves and maintenanceOversee office operations and related vendor management of all facilitiesContinue to grow and manage our team of office managers and assistantsPartner with Talent team and our People Ops Manager to support talent attraction and retentionResearch and drive efforts to support the total workplace environment and engagementResponsible for health and safety protocols for US and Germany officesManage janitorial and cleaning staff to ensure cleanliness and sanitation needs are metOversee event planning, coordination, budget and logistics for all officesAbout You:

5+ years of work experience leading workplace and facilities operations in multiple locations2+ years of experience managing teamsKnowledge with real estate concepts and managing logistics across workplaceExperience in lease, facilities and office services managementThrives in a fast-paced, high growth environmentAbility to travel
