Lead accounts + provide high-level strategy to restaurant and hospitality clients. Provide leadership to team members.Position Reports to:
EVPResponsibilitiesClient and Media RelationsProvide high-level strategy and counsel to clients.Oversee the implementation of strategy and campaign planning for multiple client accounts, driving counsel, client interaction, marketing plans, etc.Create and execute PR+marketing plans that encapsulates brand strategy, experiences, creative + social and communications.Serve as account/client lead. Oversee day-to-day client interactions.Pitch + secure high-level senior media placements on a consistent basis, encouraging others to do the same.Develop thoughtful pitches + review the team’s writing materials.Lead client meetings and ensure all participants have a role + purpose.Drive brainstorming sessions and bring creative concepts to the team + clients.Leadership and OrganizationManage AE/SAE and overall workload on accounts.Provide guidance and leadership to team members on effective account workflow + general account issues.Finalize/sign off on internal + external documents – press materials, agendas, action items, pitches, media target lists, invite lists, etc.Agency RelationsMaintain + develop strategic relationships (media, influencers, industry).Participate in new business meetings, when appropriate, and draft new business proposals.Seek creative partnership opportunities for clients.CRM: Use and contribute to Copper as an agency asset, building our database regularly.Harvest: Use Harvest daily/weekly to track your time and inform pricing and drive account profitability and your own time management.LinkedIn: create content the agency can post across all of our social channels.EventsDevelop and oversee Becca-owned events and activations.Provide counsel on invite list curation and oversee onsite attendance, client/host facilitation, pitching + monitoring for post-event coverage, post-event follow up with clients + attendees.Represent Becca at industry events/happenings (local + national).Requirements:
