Job Purpose and Basic Function:
The Deputy Director, Financial Planning & Analysis manages financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the organization, functional areas, grants, and events.
Description of Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Manages financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
Prepares and distributes monthly spending reports to decision-makers and collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather required information for quarterly projections.
Leads the annual budgeting process.
Prepares ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.
Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Other duties as assigned.
Professional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting and at least seven years’ relevant professional experience is required.
Licenses & Certifications:
Certified public accountant (CPA) or master’s degree preferred, but not required.
Technical Skills:
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel including the ability to manipulate and organize data.
Strong communication skills.
Advanced strategic thinking skills.

Pay:
$100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
