We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our engineering and product organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can think outside the box, juggle multiple tasks with ease, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.

This role is hybrid and requires in-person support one day a week in San Francisco, in addition to multi-day team onsites 3-4 times per year where in-person attendance may be required.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Engineering and Product Organization, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, team members, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with a keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company standards.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team by identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, demonstrating flexibility and a strong commitment to team success.

Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to think proactively and take initiative, anticipating the needs of executives and the team.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Availability to work in our San Francisco office one day a week, with potential for increased presence as required.

Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
