Our client seeks an LA-based remote Talent Partnerships Manager to join their award-winning Influencer Marketing team. This role supports world-class influencer marketing and social media campaigns for leading brands across various industries.As a Talent Partnerships Manager, you will collaborate with internal teams on talent research, outreach, communication, and reporting. You'll play a key role in organizing and managing talent during pre- and post-sale campaign stages, reporting to both the Senior Director of Talent Partnerships and the studio's VP.
The ideal candidate should have experience negotiating, contracting, and working with influencers, executing digital marketing campaigns, and coordinating talent for live events or productions. You must be highly motivated, adaptable, and a strong communicator willing to learn.
This fast-paced role requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct talent outreach for campaigns
Negotiate contract terms (exclusivities, usage, rates)
Secure partnerships with top-tier creators (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Maintain relationships with talent and talent managers/agencies
Act as a liaison between talent, production teams, and brands
Monitor campaign timelines and budgets for on-time delivery
Assist senior staff with administrative duties and content review
Research and source talent, staying updated on social media trends
Use social media tools to assess creator fit for campaign briefs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
2-3 years of relevant experience
Strong interest in entertainment (film, TV, gaming)
Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently
Basic knowledge of social media marketing, especially TikTok
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Experience with Google Drive and digital platforms like Monday.com and Tagger.com
