About the POSITION:General Dentist needed to be the Dental Director of the Residency Program.MUST have completed an AEGD or GPR program themselves.This will be the FIRST DENTAL PRACTICE RESIDENCY IN INDIANA.Responsibilities:
Shaping Future Dentists : As a residency director, you have the opportunity to mentor and guide new dentists, directly influencing their professional development, ethics, and clinical skills.Program Development : Develop and refine the residency curriculum to integrate innovative practices and ensure high standards.High-Quality Care : Train residents to improve patient care through excellent, compassionate service.Community Service : Influence initiatives that address gaps in dental care accessibility for underserved communities.Mentorship and Teaching : Nurture and inspire the next generation of dentists.Promoting Excellence : Set high standards and promote excellence in dental education and practice.Must have worked in community dental or a not-for-profit for at least 1 year.About the COMP & BENEFITS:Salaried Position with comprehensive benefits.
