Pay: NegotiableShift: Day (8 hours)Type of Assignment: Travel ContractDuration: 13 weeks (Possibility for extension based on performance)Work Location: Tarzana, California
Requirements:
Current State Registered Nurse (RN) LicenseCurrent BLSMinimum of 2 years recent RN Case Manager experienceAcute care hospital experience in both UM and Care Coordination (discharge planning)
