Change Management Consultant (Workfront, AEM implementations)

Does the challenge of helping clients navigate digital and organizational transformation projects excite you? If yes, LeapPoint has a great opportunity for a Change Management Consultant where you will play a key role in ensuring digital transformation projects (change initiatives) deliver on business objectives through high adoption and buy-in. You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.Note:
this is a remote, work from home position.As a Change Management Consultant, you will have the opportunity to:Collaborate with client management to gather and analyze operational information and perform change needs assessment and discovery.Consult with client staff members and identify and manage anticipated resistance.Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance that are customized to client’s unique cultures, needs, and goals.Support the change management activities within a structured process and framework - from change discovery and needs assessment through change strategy development and tactical change support.Create communication and training plans and deliverables to enable smooth implementation of the strategy.Design the approach to managing change associated with a given client project and monitor change progress.Coach client managers and staff to improve implementation communication.Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration necessary for change management and integrate change management activities into larger project plans.The following skills will set you up for success:3 years+ experience and knowledge of Change Management principles supporting technology related projects. Digital transformation is a plus.Experience leading change management for Workfront and/or AEM implementations.Prosci’s methodology, ADKAR Model, and tools experience & Certification.Ability to develop and deliver creative business solutions for complex problems (consulting experience is a plus).Technology savvy and highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Travel:
