Lead HR Business Partner

toassist in the growth of the Genies HR & People Operations function. Reporting to the COO, and working alongside our executive team, this Lead HRBP will provide consultation and expertise across all verticals and functions of the company to establish Genies organizational design and effectiveness; workforce planning; performance management; health, wellness and benefits; and employee relations. Provide strategic guidance to senior leaders across the company, driving a visible impact on our high-growth, and evolving businessDevelop transformational people programs, policies, processes, and growth initiatives to shape the future of GeniesRespond to employee inquiries, questions and complaints, and provide information, guidance and direction on employee relations issues, performance management, and other core HR functionsOperate as a key business partner to employees, managers, directors and senior leaders on workforce analytics, organizational optimization, leadership development, and other strategic initiativesFacilitate internal transfers, oversee and facilitate promotion opportunities, conduct exit interviews, and identify trends to support retention, career development and to minimize risk for the businessAssist with the creation, documentation, and implementation of human resources policies, programs, and processesCounsel and assist employees and managers, guided by the Company’s policies and relevant laws/regulationsSupport & manage all areas of immigration and visa support for all employeesAnalytical and critical thinking with a metrics-driven approach to talent solutions and the ability to leverage analytics and insights to create compelling narratives for changeWhat You Should Have:8+ years of HR or equivalent business experience, with at least 5 years of experience operating within both a high-growth and high-performing HRBP environmentExperience building, managing, and developing diverse teamsPossess mastery functional expertise across all areas of HR, including Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Experience, Talent and Performance Management, Total Rewards, Employee RelationsExperience working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture where the business is continually evolvingAbility to think critically and anticipate issues before they arise, and proactively suggest long-term solutionsExcellent judgment and the ability to make sound decisions independentlyStellar project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and discipline to organize and prioritizeStakeholder management skills, working exceptionally well cross-functionally and managing a team that can do so, as wellExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCurious and inquisitive - you love asking questions and learningEmpathetic, pragmatic, and open minded - putting the company and others before yourself is naturalStrong work ethic...with a ton of capacity to have fun!How Genies will support youGenies is a well-funded, growing start-up that cares deeply about each of our employees' growth and success. The actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including: professional background, training, transferable skills, work experience, education, location, business and product needs, and market demand. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
