Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Process Re-engineering Specialist to identify, analyze, and optimize our business processes. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
Develop and implement process improvement strategies and solutions.
Utilize data analysis and modeling techniques to drive process optimization.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented changes.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote process improvements.
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in process re-engineering.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in business process analysis and re-engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in process modeling tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence change.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with business process re-engineering / improvement in any of the following areas; finance, supply, contract administration, transportation, etc.
Ability to facilitate business process improvement sessions to identify pain points, define pain points, and solution improvement opportunities.
Preferred:
Knowledge of SAP, or any other ERP systems.
SQL preferred or other programming language knowledge (e.g. Python, R, MATLAB).
Understanding of Business Process Management tools, such as Celonis or other BPMN applications.
