About the Role:

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist CCC to join our private clinic in Dallas, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team and make a positive impact on the lives of children in our community.

Your only job will be to help children make progress—everything else, from treatment plans to scheduling, is handled for you. When you arrive for the day, you will find a stack of binders with all your kids for the day, prepared and ready. This allows you to enjoy meaningful, one-on-one time with your clients, all within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Executing targeted treatment plans for children in one-on-one therapy sessions with various speech and reading disorders

Writing SOAP notes for each session and reviewing them with parents

Providing coaching and education for parents to support therapy at home with various exercises and activities

Contributing to a high-performing, collaborative office and team environment

Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Communications Disorders

Licensed SLP in Texas

Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association

Available After-School hours 2 evenings per week (4 – 7PM Monday – Friday) with optional Sat hours.

Exceptional clinical and communication skills

A passion for working with children and their parents

Ability and desire to work with children of all ages and disorders

Creativity, flexibility, and willingness to learn new skills

Personal transportation to the clinic

Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)

Texas state license or eligibility for licensure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for helping children with communication disorders
