What you'll doAs a Senior Data Analyst, you are highly curious about data and passionate about storytelling. You have a proven track record of supporting business-critical data and reporting at large SaaS companies. You are comfortable presenting analytics-based insights to diverse audiences, and you tailor your message based on the technical capability of your end users. You will find opportunities to streamline data analysis, implement new technologies and improve the experience of our internal partners.You will directly support top-line business metrics driving growth and retention across Docusign. You’ll focus on improving quality, driving adoption with internal teams and delivering core analysis to influence business decisions specifically within Finance, collaborating with them to understand their data needs. You build out the data story that helps our executives to understand the opportunities and accelerate decisions. In this role, you will also lead and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and support in data analysis techniques, best practices, and tools.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Principal Product Manager.ResponsibilityCollect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, and Python to identify trends, patterns, and influence product designCollaborate with cross-functional teams to track and analyze key performance indicators for FinanceProvide data-driven support for end-user issues and enhancement requestsApply data models, statistical methods and tools to analyze data and derive meaningful insightsPresent data-driven insights, reports, and recommendations to senior management, effectively communicating complex findings in a clear and concise mannerStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in data analysis

What you bringBasicBachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in FinanceStrong knowledge of Bookings, Revenue, ACV and other key finance metricsDemonstrable experience navigating Tableau, Salesforce and SnowflakeSolid experience with SQL and experience working with large data setsPreferredStrong analytical approach and a passion for extracting significant insightsKnowledge in subscription business modelExperience with ML modeling and forecastingExperience in Oracle ERP or CRM platforms

Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $134,900.00 - $216,975.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus, equity and
