The Role:
Develop a top-tier software engineering team that consistently delivers outstanding resultsDirect the software development process, ensuring schedules, budgets, and strategies are aligned with the organization's objectivesCultivate a collaborative and accountable culture, emphasizing the development of engineers who take full ownership of their projects from inception to completionCollaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams and leadership to translate business requirements into robust, scalable solutionsLead the design and expansion of the DevOps organization to meet the growing needs of the companyWork within a C++, C#, and Python environment
The Person:Skilled in leading and mentoring software teams, fostering growth and expertiseExtensive experience in software development for hardware products, from initial concept to full-scale productionProven track record of guiding high-performance software teams, with a focus on optimizing operations, best practices, methodologies, and toolsAdept at navigating multidisciplinary technical environments to tackle complex and ambiguous challengesCapable of seamlessly transitioning between in-depth technical problem-solving and strategic planning
