SVP, Asset Management - Multifamily | PE CRE Investment FirmWe are working with an established, highly successful CRE investment firm (~$15B AUM) that is looking for an SVP to lead the operational and financial performance of the firm’s multifamily portfolio (10k units), which is national, and mostly Class A.This candidate will also be handling general portfolio/fund management, strategic planning, and investments, and will be regularly presenting performance improvement and transaction recommendations to the executive leadership team, and Investment Committee.Current/deep institutional multifamily experience is a prerequisite.Our client is an industry leader that continues to raise capital, deploy capital, and outperform its peers year-over-year, and this would be an opportunity to be a part of that growth.Experience:15-20 years of direct asset management experience, working with a large CRE owner/operator, asset manager, or PE firm, with
