Job Description/DutiesPerkins Coie is seeking a midlevel associate to join its nationally ranked Patent Litigation group in the San Francisco office. Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years of experience litigating patent disputes including pre-suit investigation, trial, and appeal. Candidates with a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or similar degrees are preferred. Practical work experience in the field of technical expertise is also preferred.
