Contracts Manager

• Directs and performs lifecycle contract administration from pre-solicitation through post-award phases.
• Administers all types of contracts and/or subcontracts including IDIQs, CPFF, T&M, FFP, and LOE.
• Serves as primary point of contact with teaming partners and government officials for contract-related matters.
• Meets and communicates with Business Unit staff to understand and anticipate their contracting needs.
• Reviews, prepares, and analyzes contract terms and conditions and advises management on issues of concern and recommended alternatives.
• Ensures compliance with contract reporting requirements.
• Works with Business Units to respond to requests for proposals and quotes. Reviews and submits unsolicited proposals/quotes. Tasks may consist of proposal preparation including RFP/RFQ analysis, pricing, compliance matrix, terms & conditions review, and technical proposal coordination.
• Assists with Export Compliance: researches, coordinates, files, and monitors required applications.
• Assists with the development, maintenance, and negotiation of Company contractual agreements.
• Assists with the development, maintenance, and implementation of department policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with applicable government regulations and internal policies.
• Performs special projects as needed.

• Superior interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact in a professional manner with executive-level internal and external parties during periods of high stress and tight deadlines.
• Ability to exercise discretion in the handling of confidential information.
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Access.
• Knowledge of Export, ITAR, FAR, DFAR.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Accounting Software, preferred.
