You're not easily offended.What You’ll Need:Demonstrated success in interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expensesA proven ability to monitor inventory, achieve operational excellence, drive culture, and execute merchandising directivesThe ability to travel to attend business meetings and conferencesStrong Leadership skills; can motivate a team and drive success through culture and teamworkMust be very structured and process-orientedMust have experience operating digital printers, and wide-format equipmentMust be able to implement policies and proceduresProficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe productsAbove average in computer systems including Macintosh and PC computersPrefer experience with design software5-10 years of print industry management experience preferredBachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience3+ years of leadership experience7+ years of business management experience3+ years P&L responsibility experienceCompensation:
