Guests can enjoy refined food and beverages from their scratch kitchens and bars while immersing themselves in a variety of entertainment options for everyday fun.Job DescriptionThe General Manager is a brand ambassador of Elevate Entertainment Group’s dine-in and traditional theaters, bowling, virtual reality, food and beverage, and gaming operations. They are also responsible for coordinating events and strategizing ways to create new avenues for revenue and maximizing sales to achieve Elevate Entertainment goals. They provide leadership and development to the management and team members with the goal of creating a professional and safe work environment that gives everyone the tools they need to succeed.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Trains, coaches and develops cast members in their specific job functionsInterviews, hires and evaluates cast membersPrepares administrative reports and special reports for senior management/corporate officeResponsible and accountable for cash handling procedures and policies to avoid discrepanciesInspects building (including parking lot and lawn), and equipment conditionsInitiates repair and maintenance on building, property and equipment according to company policyOrganizes and conducts team meetings and training sessionsControlling costs, including all direct operating expenses; purchasing and ordering inventory and other supplies needed for daily operationsMonitoring risk management as it pertains to venue, i.e., team member and guest safety, loss prevention, emergency situations, and the proper handling, reporting and investigating of accidents.Ensuring cast members meet EVO Entertainment guest service standards by performing daily opening, closing, operational, and administrative duties and proper staffing in each areaWorking effectively with supervisors, peers, subordinates, guests, vendors, and corporate partnersPerforms other related duties as necessary or assignedSkills + Abilities included but are not limited to:Proven leadership and motivational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsEqually comfortable communicating, negotiating, and working with guests, peers, direct reports, vendors or partnersHigh guest satisfaction expectations and focusResourceful problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated and results drivenStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and delegate projects and tasks simultaneouslyHolds self and others accountable to consistently maintain high-performance standardsEducation + Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality, management or related field preferredMinimum 5 years of dining theater, entertainment center or restaurant operations management experience in high-volume operationMinimum 3 years of F&B management experience in a high-volume management role ideally with full-service bar and kitchenProven track record of operational excellenceRequired state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification requiredAvailability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak timesPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairsMust be able to lift 50 pounds at timesCast Member Benefits:Competitive Pay and Growth401(k) Retirement PlanMedical, Dental, and VisionEmployer Paid Life Insurance and Short-Term DisabilityVoluntary Supplemental Life InsuranceVoluntary Long-Term DisabilityPet InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountPaid Time OffCast Member Perks - discounts on Movies, Attractions, and F&B!Cell Phone ReimbursementElevate Entertainment Group is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
