This position is a senior member of the North America Security - Product Security team. The Senior Manager, Investigations is responsible for conducting high-level, complex, and sensitive product and supply chain security investigative matters, while also being assigned routine investigations that could pose a threat to the organization within the North America region. This position ensures that immediate and long-term objectives are in line with corporate and organizational objectives of our Product and Patient Protection program. Acting both proactively and reactively, this position creates strategic plans to manage fraud in a disciplined and systematic fashion, including product protection, internet investigations, training, and liaisons.Main Responsibilities:Conduct investigations to identify illicit operations related to Sanofi products including counterfeiting, product diversion, product tampering, and intellectual property violations of company brands.Manage third-party vendors within the area of responsibility for North America.Conduct internet and cyber-related investigations to safeguard Sanofi products and sensitive materials.Work with both internal and external resources in a rapidly evolving environment.Coordinate efforts with Sanofi third-party monitoring services and other national networks and partners.Monitor various B2B, social media boards, and websites illegally offering Sanofi products.
