Your proven skills in understanding and identifying solutions that address our client's needs for process improvement, solutions and tools that mitigate risk, increase speed and allow for more time for value added services.Facilitate the implementation of provision and compliance projects including identifying, understanding, communicating and managing projects from inception to completionProvide technical expertise and knowledge of processes to expand the line of business and develop professional staffDevelop team of professionals with expertise in Corp tax solutionsActively leads and generates new Tax business opportunitiesServes as engagement leader for appropriate projectsMentors and supports growth of the Tax teamActively participates in appropriate professional and networking organizationsServes as engagement/client leader for appropriate Tax engagements/clientsWe expect the candidate to uphold Crowe's values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship.
