The successful candidate will have salesand account/territory development experience, in the commercial/industrial flooring industry. TheSr. Sales Representative’s focus isthe sales and marketing of our Resinous (Coatings) and Polished flooring systems as well as our materials for end usersin commercial, retail, and industrial markets.BASE SALARY + COMMISSIONS + COMPANY VEHICLE + SIGNING BONUSJob Summary:
Account development through site visits, follow ups, & business development meetingsMarketing efforts through prospecting, cold calling, target marketingPerforming site inspections for commercial/industrial clientsGenerating proposals for presentation to clientsSelling commercial flooring projects (i.e.: polished concrete, resinous (coatings), etc)
Job Qualifications:
Previous Industrial/Commercial Sales experienceis REQUIRED2 + years of commercial flooring experience in Resinous, Polish, or bothExperience in growing market shareAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentMust have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solveStrong communication/writing skillsStrong organizational skills and sales tracking abilitiesExcellent Time Management and follow-up skills
