This leader will drive execution of Market Access strategies and activities which differentiate and demonstrate the patient-centered value to payers, physicians, and patients.Responsibilities:Hire, lead, coach and develop the National and Regional Account team members focusing on Commercial and Managed Care Payers, Trade Accounts, IDNs and Group Purchasing Organizations.Work with cross-functional partners to support and direct the team.Manage GPO relationships and contract negotiations.Requirements:BS/BA Degree required; advanced degree preferred.10+ Years of experience in Commercial Biotech or Pharmaceuticals.Market Access expertise with an emphasis on market access strategy and pricing required.Experience across a range of therapeutics areas, markets and channels, Cardiology Experience Preferred.Experience leading a team of senior direct reports.Extensive knowledge of payer and health systems, specifically with large academic health systems, IDNs, and GPOs.Ability to travel ~ 50%, including international.At Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
