5-10 years' experience as a Product OwnerSeeking a PO with true PO experience in Agile methodology and can partner with scrum masters and engineers (priority)Concept of understanding capacity and identifying and escalating risk when neededWorkforce management experience is a plus; not required

Description

Responsible for defining Team Product Backlog of User Stories including backlog prioritization, refinement and creation of acceptance criteria along with agreed upon definition of done. Has autonomy to make decisions around the team backlog.

Partner with the Product Manager to understand priorities and PI features and supports driving the Product Increment (PI) objective at the Team LevelDrives Iteration Goals and content via prioritized user storiesProduct/Domain knowledge that guides, advises and provides insight on what product enhancements, maintenance and efficiencies/remediation are neededEnsures the technical integrity of the solutionProduct decision maker including Functional and NFRs; accepts User Stories and Iteration IncrementsConducts impact analysis for optimal product delivery, industry trends etc.Contributor to the Vision, Roadmap and ROI ; ensures the team's backlog aligns to the RoadmapActs as the Customer for Teams including being the liaison between the business and teamEnsures team risks and dependencies are identified and handledCollaborates with the System Architect to prioritize EnablersStakeholder management; Accountable for identifying and handle risks, scope trade-offs, and timeline impactsCollaborator of dependencies with the team, Product Mgr and other teams for optimal delivery outcomesSkilled in SAFe principles, Kanban and Scrum framework including embracing of agile principles and a leaFully understands Roles & Responsibilities of the team, stakeholders, other teamsUse of metrics to assess team progress and areas for improvementLeverage various Agile processes such as Story and Value Stream Mapping and Estimating using Fibonacci scaleLeverage Agile planning toolsSupports DevOps and Security best practicesInstrumental role in the preparation of the system demo as well as producing the system demoAttends and actively participates in Release Train Ceremonies: PI Planning, System Demo, ART Sync, and Inspect & Adapt when part of an ART.Attends and actively participates in Team Agile CeremoniesEnsures feedback from System Demos Retrospectives and I&A workshops are taken back to teams for possible inclusion in future continuous improvement activities.Understand Rolling Wave plans and impact to budgetEnable the team to be empowered and self regulated
