Associate Therapist (Must have associate number, APCC/AMFT/APCC and at least 1000 clinical hours completed)Work Schedule:
Part-time work consists of 25 hours per week, encompassing both client interaction and paperwork. Enjoy a nurturing work environment with training included and a highly flexible schedule.Full-time Benefits Include:Paid supervisionPaid trainingPaid CEUs for full-time1-week vacation40 hours of sick timeTwo paid holidays for full-timeRetirement accountMonthly StipendMedical contribution toward medical insuranceResponsibilities:Very independent positionWeekly supervision providedWork with integrity and honestyCollaborative with a Positive attitudeAssess, diagnose, and provide highly individualized and quality psychotherapy to adults and/or childrenMust be trained in at least one EBT, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or any other EBPComplete all notes within 24 hoursMust be licensed in CA and a CA residentQualifications:Associate number is required for this role & 1000 clinical hours completed (exceptions can be made based on experience)AMFT/ASW/LMFT/APCC/LPCC/LCSW and enjoy working with children, teens, and adultsMust be able to identify risk factors for mandated reportingMust have previous therapy experienceMust be trained in how to provide evidence-based treatmentDMH experience is highly preferredExperience diagnosing, creating safety plans, and consulting with DCFS preferredSpanish-speaking desiredCompensation:
$28 - $35 hourly
