Due to succession planning, the position of Partner-Elect has been created.The Role Will Involve The Following
Work alongside the partners to manage the day to day operations of the firmManage a client list of large SME and HNW clientsProvide leadership, mentoring and guidance to the teamProviding high level advisory and tax compliance servicesNew business developmentCANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:CA/CPA QualificationsPublic Practice Certificate/Tax Agent's License is highly regarded but not necessary15+ years experience within Australian Public PracticePrevious management experienceA genuine interest and ability to operate as a PartnerExceptional client relationship management experienceExceptional technical tax abilityExceptional communication and presentationBenefits
