We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.The Devices and Services Business Organization (DSBO) is the commercial team responsible for delivering on the sales objectives of our Pixel Mobile Products and Home and Health hardware businesses globally. The product categories we work across include Pixel phones and the supporting Pixel ecosystem (earbuds, tablets, smartwatches), as well as Nest, Fitbit, and other product lines.Our mission is to chart the best strategic course for the business and drive decision-making throughout the organization to pursue it. As a member of the Sales Strategy and Operations team, you will partner closely with commercial leadership and a wide group of cross-functional partners to drive the growth of our products in highly competitive and dynamic markets.In this role, you will take on a wide range of strategy and operations projects with an eye toward medium- to long-term business optimization.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.Responsibilities:Develop and pilot new Go-To-Market strategies across sales, marketing, and other teams to grow market share and retain users.Build market intelligence capabilities and distill insights that shape strategy – covering market trends, competitive intel, and interpretation of partner earnings.Develop and drive business review cadence, including OKR setting and performance, and create and maintain a source of truth for key business performance metrics; analyzing results to drive growth and optimization.Enable sellers through the development of pitch materials, talk tracks, and training collateral.Dive into select strategy projects to identify areas of opportunity for the business.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
