Springside is home to friendly residents and families, served by our robust team of friendly and skilled clinicians in the heart of the Berkshires.BENEFITS FOR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR:Low-Cost Medical InsuranceVisionDental401k with company matchPaid Vacation and HolidaysREQUIREMENTS FOR THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR:A current, unencumbered Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of MassachusettsPrior experience as an Administrator/Executive Director of a skilled nursing facility (SNF)Proven track record of achieving successful Department of Public Health and Joint Commission surveysJOB DUTIES FOR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR:Provide leadership and direct the daily operations of our skilled nursing, long term care units and assisted living apartments.Maintain our focus on the organization’s resident-centered mission, vision, and long term goals.Foster a culture of cooperation and teamwork among our clinical, managerial and ancillary teams.Oversee hiring and staff management.Ensure facility compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Oversee building and safety compliance; provide support during Life Safety surveys.Develop and maintain an operational budget within corporate guidelines.Interact effectively with governing board, residents, families, staff and visitors.Springside truly appreciates our dedicated staff and welcomes you to join our extended family as our new Executive Director!
