Our well-established, top-tier practice is seeking a new partner to replace a retiring surgeon and continue our tradition of excellence.We are a highly respected 7-person orthopedic practice renowned for our commitment to exceptional patient care. Partnership Opportunity : Become a partner with opportunities for involvement in our state-of-the-art surgery center and ancillaries, including physical therapy, MRI, X-ray services and ownership interest in the practice building.Call Schedule : Enjoy a favorable group-only call schedule of 1:7, with optional trauma call at the hospital.Practice Excellence : Join a top practice known for its excellence and patient satisfaction.Compensation : This position offers a competitive starting salary of $180,000 based on advance of Accounts Receivable (AR) collecting, with the potential to reach up to $500,000 within 12-18 months.Explore Long Beach, CA: Your New Home Awaits!
