OPEN POSITION:- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant- Primary Care- Must Speak Spanish
SCHEDULE:- PRN- Guaranteed Monthly Minimum
OFFICE HOURS:- Monday to Friday- 8:00am to 5:00pm Daily- Closed for 1-Hour Lunch Break
COMPENSATION:- $80 to $110 per Hour, negotiable dependent upon experience- Malpractice Insurance

Their locations are spacious, modern buildings with comfortable areas dedicated to each medical provider and amenities such as a partner pharmacy and lab. Approximately 95% of their patients are Spanish-speaking and their mission is to deliver the most affordable, high-quality healthcare possible to the local Hispanic community.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:The San Jose office has one (1) full-time provider and the practice is seeking to hire a PRN provider to offer shifts for sick days, vacations, and other coverage needs.
This is an autonomous position in which the new APP will be the only provider on-site during their shift with an off-site supervising physician and lead APP. The APP is supported by a medical assistant who helps however possible, including with charting and documentation.
The APP provides routine, low-acuity medical services to a dedicated patient panel, seeing an average of 15 to 20 patients per day.
The services of the practice include, but are not limited to:
routine primary careannual physicalssports physicalssick visitsminor wound careB12 injections
The clinic uses an EHR and has a dedicated pharmacy and lab.
Approximately 95% of patients are Spanish-speaking and the new APP must be fluent in Spanish.
REQUIREMENTS:- California NP or PA license- ability to see patients of all ages- 1+ year primary care experience preferred- new graduates considered on an individual basis- must speak Spanish fluently
