We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Lead to join our team in our future Boston office. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic leadership and guidance to our product development team based in Berlin, driving innovation and ensuring the continued success of our product initiatives. Translate company goals into actionable product initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Provide mentorship and guidance to the product development team, fostering collaboration and ensuring projects remain on track.Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment throughout the product development process.Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities and threats, integrating insights into product development strategies.Oversee the entire product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.Champion user-centric design principles, ensuring products deliver exceptional user experiences that drive engagement and customer satisfaction.Develop and execute product marketing strategies, including launch plans and go-to-market approaches, in collaboration with marketing and sales teams to maximize awareness and adoption.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and continuously monitor performance data to identify areas for improvement.Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.At least 6 years of proven leadership experience in product development, including strategic planning and team management.Strong knowledge of product management methodologies, agile development practices, and user-centered design principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Results-oriented mindset focused on driving business impact and delivering measurable outcomes.Micropsi Industries is a robotics software company that brings artificial intelligence to robots.
