Requirements:Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Operations Research & Financial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or as a Vice President, Associate, or related.
Must have four (4) years of experience with:
Financial modeling such as LBO models, valuation models, and fund cash flow models
Transaction structuring and execution
Preparation and finalization of investment documentation
Drafting, review, and finalization of legal documentation related to investment activity
