We are a rapidly growing independent agency with over 75+ locations across the Unites States. We have access to 150+ carriers which equates to much higher retention and close rates!

Establish, develop relationships, and maintain relationships with potential clientsSelling Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, etc.Renewing, remarketing and reviewing of customer accountsRespond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, products, and overcoming common sales objectionsBecome familiar with products, services and systems and participate in training provided by the agencyMeet monthly retention goals by following our set processesContribute to individual goals and agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling and new initiativesUtilizing multiple resources to ensure success, such as: Inbound and outbound calls, developing referral partners, marketing, social media, rounding out accounts, etc.Collecting of agency fees when applicableOther tasks as needed or assignedRequirements:
Property and Casualty insurance license required.3+ years insurance experience (Preferred)Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skillsGood operational computing skill/typing 45+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers)Confident self-starter who works well independentlyStrong problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to multi-task
