As an

IT Operations Specialist , you will be a key member of the IT and Information Security team, managing IT assets and ensuring security across company endpoints. You will support and improve Primer's asset and application management programs, be responsible for administering enterprise accounts on both Google and Microsoft platforms, and partner with HR to issue and reclaim equipment for onboarding and offboarding personnel. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for all IT and Physical Security needs at Primer's Arlington (DC) location.

Role Responsibilities - How You Will Make an Impact

Manage company IT assets and support the asset management programManage and maintain the deployment of software updates and patches to macOS and Windows endpoints using Microsoft IntuneAdminister Primer's Enterprise Application instances, to include implementing Identity & Access Management as well as security controls implementationAssist with initial account creation, application access, and equipment issuance for personnel onboarding and offboardingTake ownership of the IT equipment inventory and lifecycleAct as the primary point of contact in the Arlington (DC) office for IT-related issuesAutomate routine tasks to maximize team efficiency and ensure compliance with standardsWork closely with the Security team to ensure the security-suite of tools are operating effectivelyPartner with the GRC lead to ensure alignment with various compliance frameworksProvide on-call support as neededAbility to be on-site at least two (2) days per week at our Arlington (DC) locationRelevant Skills and Experiences

Experience with endpoint management software like IntuneExperience deploying endpoint policies that align with industry-recognized frameworks, like CIS benchmarksExperience supporting an Identity & Access Management program with tools such as Active Directory or OktaExperience automating workflows and processes via scripts or integrationsWorking knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, and native security toolsWorking knowledge of endpoint security tools, technologies, and methodsExperience tracking issue and problem management with solutions like Jira and ConfluenceAbility to work cross-functionally throughout the organization with little or no supervisionStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to provide remote support for a professional hybrid work environmentBonus Points

Experience with physical and/or facility securityExperience with rolling out remote management solutionsExperience with environments secured for US government, such as MS GCC High

The annual cash compensation range for this position is US $135,000 to US $150,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
