At Ennoble First we help our clients produce new business value with new and emerging technologies. We regularly develop solutions for AI/ML (NLP, machine learning, Deep Learning, Expert Systems, Automation and Image resolution and imagery intelligence), Cloud, Data Analytics, Predictive modeling and design, Blockchain based transactional and case management systems, and other emerging technologies. Ennoble First is seeking an energetic and motivated Senior Sales/Business Development Manager to focus on the building and managing a team of Business Developers and adding to our Federal business portfolio. The Sales Manager must have a strong background with Federal agencies and have the ability to nurture and develop quality relationships.Primary Responsibilities:

Identify and establish strategic relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business opportunities and develop and build customer intimacy with Federal agencies.Leverage existing programs and customers to create on-contract growth.Identify new customers and business opportunities that utilize our existing capabilities.Target existing customers and programs within our current and adjacent market spaces to build/develop future opportunities.Develop and manage assigned key accounts/contracts with current clients.Market our capabilities to customers through briefings, customer visits, and a variety of customer engagement opportunities such as Industry Days, symposiums, and conferences.Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of Ennoble First solutions.Build and maintain a high-level business relationship with an assigned partner(s). Be the main point of contact for a portion of our corporate client base.Maintain expert-level knowledge of existing and new services and products.Liaison with internal departments to determine the best solutions to meet clients' needs.Stay organized and on top of outstanding items that need to be addressed for the client.Handle contract renewal and negotiation when appropriate.Work to onboard new clients and train new administrators.Provide follow-up calls to assigned key accounts/contracts to maximize services offered.Achieve fiscal year budgeted sales numbers that have been assigned.Manage key accounts effectively and budget to maximize sales per dollars and expenses.

Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline and at least 8+ years of relevant experience.5+ years of experience supervising or leading diverse teams or programs.An existing, strong relationship with Federal agencies.Ability to identify and establish prospective clients and generate business accounts.Successful proven track record of building a portfolio of programs.Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Superior verbal and written communication skills.Proven customer service practices that have resulted in building long-term relationships.Highly collaborative and able to work effectively in a team environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, GovWin, and etc.Possess excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.Requires technical competence and an aptitude for learning new systems.Must be extremely responsible and have an open and engaging personality.
