Kadiak, LLC is seeking experienced, motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Support Analyst I. The Program Support Analyst will work under the guidance of the PPT Deputy Assistant Secretary and Managing Directors. The Program Support Analyst shall perform a variety of program support functions for the PPT Executive Office.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:Prepare written communications using a variety of office software, specifically: MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Publisher, MS Excel, and SharePointAs needed by the Government, Program Support Analysts may be required to manage elite projects and special taskers with accuracyProvide formal management briefings, recommendations and findings, and detailed project reportingCoordinate a large volume of information coming into the PPT Executive Office, ensure formats and deadlines are being met (i.e. schedules, memoranda, briefing papers, taskers, etc.)Maintain the PPT Deputy Assistant Secretary and/or Managing Directors' calendars, appointments, and other activitiesTrack and monitor the status of memoranda, correspondence, and taskers. Review incoming documents and take appropriate action to decimate informationInform personnel of overdue items, upcoming deadlines, and format and Department procedures for processing documentationRequirements
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with high-level executivesSuperior organizational skills and work ethicAbility to manage projects at an HQ levelSecret clearance required.Education:
Bachelor's DegreeWork Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Six (6) years of experience as a Management Consultant, Project Manager, or Business Analyst in an office environment, including.Four (4) years of experience supporting executive level personnel.Five (5) years of experience utilizing a variety of office software, specifically: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Publisher, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize simultaneous workflow duties.Demonstrated advanced level experience in MS SharePoint.
Working Environment & Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.
The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
