Description
This position is responsible for providing 2nd level technical support at the Vandalia Engineering Center. The primary focus is to configure, maintain, control, troubleshoot and monitor all desktops, laptops, printers and applications.
Position Requirements
•Troubleshoot hardware and software problems by performing diagnostic procedures
•Take ownership of technical issues and work with sense of urgency to resolve incidents
•Track and maintain IT assets including computers, monitors, IP phones and peripherals
•Knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows 10 and 11, OneDrive, BitLocker, Office 365)
•Adheres to and enforces Corporate IT Policies, Procedures and Guidelines
•Knowledge of Engineering applications (Siemens PLM, AutoCAD, NX, Catia)
•Motivated self-starter, not waiting for assignments
Education RequirementAssociates degree: Bachelors preferred or equal work experience required
