Job Description (Posting).

Provide fixed asset accounting guidance to controllers and their project teams across the Companys business units.Experience in Fixed Assets Depreciation Areas Book, Statutory, Tax, and Derived Experience integrating fixed assets to plant maintenance equipment records Experience designing master and transactional data Migration from legacy Experience with mid-year go live for fixed assets Project Systems Process monthly transfers of AUC (Asset Under Construction) to Fixed Assets Asset Capitalization Process monthly asset retirements and transfers AUC accounting across all business areas (SAP Capital Projects App) providing guidancereview of cost activity for accuracy and completeness to ensure timely capitalization of fixed assets. Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation of all fixed asset movements in the SAP fixed asset register including reconciliation to the general ledger. Resolve any discrepancies on a monthly basis.Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation of the automated depreciation postings in SAP and ensure assets are depreciating accurately as intended. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated reporting for all fixed asset metrics including major projects, capital spend and asset movement activity. Ensure new, modified or terminated leases are entered in CoStar software timely. Request new lease vendors setup and any changes. Reconcile lease expenses and submit lease payments from CoStar to SAP. Nice to have hands on configuration and design experience with SAP Contract Management System and Lease Accounting Participation in at least 2 end-to-end SAP Contract Lease Management implementations with SAP Finance Respond to tax team, internal audit team, and external audit team on related fixed assets. Proactively interact and respond timely to emergency capex requests or urgent requests to support the operating business units and executive management. Undertake other ad hoc tasks as required, particularly on improving processes and system. Experience with Media Industry Content accounting is a plus. (1.) To act as a point of escalation for complex and high-priority customer issues, ensuring timely resolution. (2.) To create the root cause analysis for critical issues and put in place necessary preventive measures to reduce future defects. (3.) To collaborate closely with product management, development, and QA teams to provide feedback on product improvements, influence product design, and ensure alignment with customer needs. (4.) To provide technical assistance to the team members in resolving customer issues. (5.) To drive continuous improvement initiatives for support processes, workflows and Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and efficiency enhancements.
