Siena Catholic Schools of Racine is seeking a part time Helpdesk Technician to support St. Catherine's High School 20 hours per week.

Siena Catholic Schools of Racine comprises six elementary/middle schools and one high school that serve more than 1,600 students. Sharing your skills will guide the organization toward its goal of ensuring excellence in academics, nurturing faith formation, and developing healthy students. This is a school year only position, working full time on school days only.

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for the technology support of St. Catherine’s High School staff and students. It requires researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve reported technology issues. This position may travel to other Siena locations in Racine, WI to help support the overall team. This position is part time, approximately 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling during the school day.

Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide end-user technical support and equipment maintenance.Assist with various technology projects as directed, including equipment inventory and device distribution.Monitor, maintain, and manage copiers, printers, and all functions related to direct and cloud printing.Maintain accurate and detailed records of tasks through helpdesk software.Establish, monitor, and achieve technology goals with minimal supervision.Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsAn associate (or higher) degree in computer systems, information technology, or related field.Currently pursuing an associate (or higher) degree in computer systems, information technology, or related field.A background in IT support with experience in an educational setting preferred.Hold a valid driver’s license and clear a vehicle history check.
