Job Summary:

This individual will proactively manage the overall workflow and lifecycle for an assigned book of business. This person will act as the primary client relationship manager with responsibility for overall account servicing and maintenance to new and existing Personal Lines clients.

Serve as primary client contact, addressing inquiries and providing expert guidance on coverage, risks, and exposures.Collaborate with team members to manage client transactions, including applications, quotes, renewals, and policy changes.Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance client relationships through additional product offerings.Coordinate with colleagues to efficiently handle client communications and carrier inquiries.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company's database system.Utilize industry software for policy management and rating.Manage daily tasks and priorities effectively.Assist with financial reconciliations as needed.Provide support to other team members during peak periods or absences.What you bring to the table:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldProfessional insurance designations are a plus3+ years of experience in the insurance industryValid insurance producer license requiredProficiency in common office software applicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIn-depth understanding of insurance products and industry terminologyAdaptability and strong multitasking abilitiesCollaborative team playerEffective time management and interpersonal skillsBenefits:
