The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As an HVAC Salesperson, you will be critical in driving our company’s growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and building lasting relationships with our customers.Key Responsibilities :

Sales Generation : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including residential and commercial HVAC installations and services.Customer Interaction : Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and deliver compelling sales presentations.Quoting and Proposals : Prepare accurate and detailed quotes and proposals for HVAC systems and services.Follow-up : Conduct follow-up calls and meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and close sales.Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.Relationship Building : Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry professionals.Sales Reporting : Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and services.Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and build customer rapport.Customer Focus : Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Sales Skills : Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Education : A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical or sales training is a plus.Driver’s License : A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit customers and job sites.Compensation and Benefits :
