As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence and build strong engagement with our community. You will manage the brand’s social media accounts, create and curate content, and monitor analytics to ensure our social media efforts are aligned with our brand’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:

Develop and implement creative social media content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.

Curate and manage a comprehensive social media calendar to ensure consistent and engaging content.

Community Engagement:

Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

Foster relationships with influencers and brand advocates to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and native platform analytics.

Provide regular reports on social media metrics and offer insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all social channels.

Coordinate with the SEO and web development teams to optimize social media content for search and user experience.

Trend Monitoring:

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Implement new strategies to increase engagement and reach based on current trends.

Qualifications:Essential skills, experience, and qualifications required to apply:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.

Proficiency with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Excellent communication skills and fluency in Mandarin and English, both formally and conversationally.

Nice-to-have (but not required) skills, experience, and qualifications:

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt to the brand's voice.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
