ReviewPoint , you'll be at the forefront of our client success strategy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Client Relationship Management:
Perform daily outreach through phone calls, Zoom calls, text, and email. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, monitoring their business using the

dashboard as their primary point of contact.Onboarding and Training:
Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring they understand and can effectively use our platform.Strategic Planning:
Develop customized strategies and proposals to help clients achieve their business goals using our tools and services.Problem Solving:
Act as a trusted advisor, troubleshooting issues and providing innovative and proactive solutions to enhance client satisfaction.Performance Tracking:
Monitor client performance, provide regular reports, and offer proactive recommendations to optimize their use of our platform with
ReviewPoint .Collaboration:
Work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams, participating in feedback loops to meet and exceed client needs.What We're Looking For:Experience:
3+ years of account management experience, preferably in an agency, tech, or start-up environment.Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.Customer-Centric:
A genuine passion for helping clients succeed and a proactive approach to problem-solving and service.Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools and platforms. Things change and advance quickly; therefore, a high level of flexibility and adaptability is essential for this role.Adaptable:
