As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our customer base and revenue by engaging and closing new business opportunities, particularly through a significant volume of inbound leads generated by our strong consumer user base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly within the SaaS industry, and will thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:Inbound Lead Management:

Quickly and effectively respond to a high volume of inbound leads, qualifying and converting them into sales opportunities.Prospecting and Lead Generation:

While the primary focus will be on inbound leads, identify additional potential customers through various channels, including cold outreach and networking.Sales Presentations:

Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the value of Read AI's solutions.Pipeline Management:

Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely forecasting of sales activities.Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at prospective customer organizations.Negotiation and Closing:

Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the customer and Read AI.Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.Customer Success Handoff:

Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new customers.Reporting:

Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on SaaS or technology solutions.Track Record:

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an early-stage startup environment, particularly through managing and converting inbound leads.Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to, demo and influence decision makers.Sales Skills:

Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices, particularly in managing inbound leads.Technical Aptitude:

Ability to quickly understand and articulate technical concepts and value propositions.CRM Proficiency:

Experience with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.Collaboration:

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Education:

Actual total compensation will depend on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
