is looking for a high energy, full-time B2B Marketing Coordinator to work closely with our leadership team, outside sales staff, vendor/ partners, and external marketing agency to execute on our well-defined Marketing Plan. This position is responsible for managing our CRM, campaigns, digital assets, content, communications, website, SEO, social media, branding, events, and trade shows. Lead generation and brand awareness are our top priorities, and we need someone who is well versed on how to execute, manage, measure and report on results and adapt to the needs of our business. Top candidates will be self-starters, creative, and have excellent communication and time management skills.
Responsibilities
Manage and update website content and SEO to maintain relevancy andManage CRM system and implement customer segmentation and list developmentCoordinate marketing and lead generation campaignsExecute Email and Social Media campaigns and report on resultsOversee and optimize the marketing budget and vendor Co-Op fundsManage and deploy internal / external communications including blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, videos, newsletters, etc.Enforce use of the corporate image & style guideStay abreast of key Industry Analysts and Manufacturers News / Updates to provide competitive data and analysis to SalesCreate marketing presentations for Sales MeetingsWrite award applications for Company and ExecutivesOrganize and participate in various trade shows, conferences, webinars, customer events and corporate eventsAssist with RFP Marketing materials when neededOversee creation of customized marketing collateral and branded merchandiseSkills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field2+ years experience in a corporate marketing department or marketing agency with a B2B focusExperience with CRM programs, email and social marketing tools, and Google AdWordsIntermediate to advance Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skillsProficient with image editing and web editing programsStrong project management, organizational, multitasking, and decision-making skillsMetrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativityResults driven, detail oriented, consistently meets deadlines and produces high quality workAbility to analyze data and present results in a clear and organized fashionCollaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skillsCompensation Package:
