SNI Technology's top client is seeking to hire an IT Support Technician!

This role is a short-term contract with a hybrid work schedule during normal business hours Monday- Friday in downtown Baltimore, MD

This position is not open to C2C or non-US permanent residents.

TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES2 minimum years of IT Support experienceProfessional certifications such as CompTIA A+ or similar preferredProficient troubleshooting Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365 SupportExperience with ticketing management systemsSoftware installation, configuration, and hardware troubleshootingExperience managing and supporting mobile devicesAbility to troubleshoot basic networking problemsProfessional certifications such as CompTIA A+ or similar preferred but not required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITSThe compensation for this position is in the range of $30/hr.-$40/hr. (negotiable). Please note your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience - talk with your recruiter to learn more.
