Our Business Development Representatives assist as the point of contact for our telecommunications customer accounts- initiating, maintaining, and sustaining relationships with each to bolster ROI and sales revenue.

Internally, we focus on the growth and development of our Business Development Representatives. Given the growth we have seen over the last few months, we are seeking someone who can start with us at the entry level but is invested in the long-term benefits of organic growth with a company. Business Development Representative Responsibilities:

Execute sales and engagement strategy, connect with potential customer accounts, and educate them on their product inquiry and the added benefits of telecommunications servicesBe a product expert to provide consistent and straightforward customer service and sales assistanceNegotiate telecommunications inquiries with precision, in-person while assisting with any additional customer objectionsDevelop an understanding of the local market region to generate more relevant marketing and sales strategies for client productsWork with the sales team and other Business Development Representatives to determine how client qualifications and protocols can be adequately conveyed to the local communityEagerly assist in additional professional tasks and enthusiastically accept challengesWhat We Are Looking For In Our Next Business Development Representative:

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or related field is highly encouragedExemplary communication skills and negotiation tacticsImpeccable time management skills and the ability to adapt to many situationsDiscipline to self-dedication to constant learning and improvementThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentApproachable, friendly, and positive demeanor before, during, and after the sales process and while working with other Business Development Representatives
