Skills and Requirements
Experience with at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Python or equivalent.
Understanding of APIs and software development.
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within Agile framework.
Good verbal and written communication skills. Any prior experience with IVR app development tool.
Experience with IVR call flows, Telephony and speech recognition. null
