Position OverviewTopRight is seeking a dynamic Proposal Writer & New Business Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the agency's new business efforts by leading the development and management of proposals, responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, and by supporting the overall new business workflow. The ideal candidate will not only craft compelling content in a professional and engaging tone but will also take ownership of managing our CRM system and contribute to inside sales efforts.Key Responsibilities:Proposal Management:Support the entire RFP/proposal writing process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.Analyze and interpret incoming requests for proposals, aligning them with TopRight's strategies.Participate in kick-off meetings, strategy sessions, and proposal project planning.Customize RFP responses using the proposal content library.Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and proposal contributors to articulate complex product and service details.Review and edit RFP responses to ensure clarity, coherence, and adherence to brand style and tone guidelines.Draft or review additional RFP attachments, such as case studies, project timelines, team bios, appendices, and compliance documents.Create RFP cover letters, executive summaries, and other marketing collateral.Assist with proposal knowledge management and content retention in SharePoint.Write blog posts and communications collateral for TopRight or clients during proposal cycle downtimes.New Business Support:Support the new business workflow by conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform proposal strategy.Act as an inside sales representative, identifying new business opportunities and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.Own and manage the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and leveraging it to track and report on new business activities.Collaborate closely with the business development team to identify and prioritize opportunities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.2-3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development.Proven ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive content that aligns with brand voice.Experience managing CRM systems and supporting new business development.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and driving results.What We Offer :Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000, based on experience.Comprehensive benefits package includes 401K), health, vision, and dental insurance.$50/month phone stipend.This is a remote opportunity.Paid opportunities for professional growth and development.Commission structure on business development effortsJoin TopRight and be a part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering innovative market research and strategic solutions for our clients.
