Programmer Analyst 3 - .NET and JAVA

Title: Programmer Analyst IIILocation: Lansing, MI (Hybrid – 3-days remote, 2-days onsite)Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ESTNote: This role is NOT open to C2C or 3rd party candidatesThe Programmer Analyst 3 is an advanced Information Technology Programmer/Analyst and Technical Resource in the Eligibility Area. This advanced position will provide development environment support, production support, batch jobs support, evaluation of possible solutions, development of alternative solutions, recommendations of technical modifications, and design, development, and maintenance of applications across multiple platforms, with strong experience/understanding of agile processes.This role also includes development of documentation in all areas under their own responsibility, navigation, data storage, data retrieval, data validation, data manipulation, printing, and other processes. This position will help in the support of CDC I-Billing, which is the web application that CDC providers use to submit their billing information. CDC I-Billing includes the CCAC (Childcare Attendance Certification) that is used by the central office to validate billing information submitted by providers and to assist providers with production related requests. These are separate .Net projects requiring technical .Net 4.8 with C# and Oracle database skills.This position will use web development technologies .NET and Java for the CDC I-Billing, CCAC, and Bridges projects, upgrading technologies, as needed. This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of portions of other related processes in the Client Support area that support the Department of Health & Human Services. This may include reports associated with those processes.Position Requirements:

8+ years of relevant software development experienceAbility to rely on experience and judgment, and accomplish goals independently, performing a variety of complicated tasks, including potentially leading, a wide degree of creativity and latitudeExperience in Development Environment SupportStrong experience with .Net 4.8 with C#Strong experience in Java and JavaScriptStrong experience with PL/SQLStrong experience with Business Objects/Crystal ReportsStrong experience with Oracle DatabaseStrong experience with JIRA/DevSecOps and Bitbucket/Azure DevOps GITStrong experience with Batch JobsStrong experience with development tools and technology upgrades preferredA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in related field
